DO YOu Have these questions about heal, revive and thrive postpartum program?

When can I start this program after giving birth?
For Vaginal Births: You can safely start the foundational breathing and alignment work (Weeks 1 and 2) as early as 2 to 4 weeks postpartum, provided you feel comfortable and have no severe tearing complications. You can progress to the exercise modules once you reach your 6-week medical clearance.
For Cesarean Sections (C-Section): You can start the gentle pressure-management and posture techniques in Weeks 1 and 2 at 4 weeks postpartum to help manage scar tissue restriction. Hold off on the loaded core progressions (Weeks 3 to 6) until you hit 6 to 8 weeks postpartum and have full clearance from your doctor.I had a C-Section. Is this program safe for my scar?
Yes, it is highly recommended. A C-section is major abdominal surgery that disrupts your deep core wall. Traditional workouts can strain your incision, but our program focuses on deep, internal pressure management first. This actually improves blood flow to your lower abdomen, releases tight scar tissue, and helps flatten the shelf-like "pooch" that often forms above a C-section scar.
It has been years since I gave birth. Can this program still fix my "mummy tummy"?
Absolutely. Postpartum is forever. If your deep core muscles and fascia never healed correctly after childbirth, your body will continue to push pressure outward, keeping that pregnant look active. Whether your youngest child is 6 months old, 6 years old, or 16 years old, your brain can still relearn how to activate these muscles and close the gap. It is never too late.
How much time do I need every day? I am completely exhausted.
We built this specifically for tired moms. The video lessons are only 10 to 12 minutes long. The daily home movements take less than 10 minutes to practice and are woven naturally into your daily routine—like how you sit while feeding your baby or how you stand at the kitchen counter. You do not need a dedicated gym block to do this.
What equipment do I need to buy?
None. This is a bodyweight rehabilitation program. All you need is a comfortable floor space (a yoga mat or a soft rug) and your phone or laptop.
I leak when I jump or sneeze. Will this program help heal that?
Because leaking is not just a bladder problem; it is a core pressure problem. When you cough or jump, internal pressure pushes downward on a weak pelvic floor. By teaching your core to synchronize with your breathing (Weeks 2 and 3), we redirect that pressure upward, allowing you to stay completely dry.
Is my information private inside the Telegram group?
Yes. The Telegram Support Tribe is a private, invite-only space strictly for women who have purchased the program. It is a judgment-free, secure sanctuary where moms share their healing journeys. You can always ask questions textually or use our anonymous weekly Q&A submission form before the Saturday Zoom call.
What if I need more individual help than a group course?
If you discover during the program that your leaking is severe, or you have persistent pelvic pain that requires an expert diagnostic eye, you are in safe hands. As a licensed virtual healthcare clinic, you can seamlessly transition from this educational course to booking a Private 1-on-1 Clinical Zoom Consultation with our lead physiotherapist on our website.

Dear Mama, let me have a talk with you.

In all you do after having your baby, do not forget to take care of the woman who brought that baby into the world. If your body did not recover properly after childbirth, you will continue living with the consequences long after your baby has grown.Imagine two mothers that both gave birth around the same time. They both love their babies deeply and are doing everything they can to be good mothers. The first mum decides to give her body the attention it deserves. She learns how to reconnect with her core and pelvic floor, understands why she is still experiencing certain symptoms, follows a structured recovery plan, and gradually becomes stronger and more confident in her body. The second mum on the other hand, believes that time will heal everything. She ignores the tummy that still makes people ask if she's pregnant again, the persistent back /pelvic pain, urine leakage when she laughs, and the heaviness in her pelvis. After all, everyone keeps telling her, "That is just part of motherhood."A year later, the first mum is carrying her growing child comfortably, exercising with confidence, moving around and wearing the clothes she loves without shame or discomfort, and enjoying motherhood without constantly thinking about her body. The second mother is still struggling with pain, avoiding certain movements, wearing clothes that hide her tummy, and wondering why she has not felt like herself again.Who do you think is enjoying motherhood more? Who feels stronger, more confident, and more in control of her body? Exactly! the First Mum!Pregnancy and childbirth changes your body in so many ways and that is why so many women continue to struggle with persistent back pain, pelvic pain, urine leakage, abdominal separation, weakness, and the feeling that their body just is not the same anymore. These symptoms are common, but they are not something you simply have to accept. That is why you should be in Heal, Revive & Thrive, postpartum recovery program; caring for your health is what helps you give best care to those you love.Give your body just six weeks, and you will gain knowledge and habits that can benefit you for years to come.
